WIN BIG HYDRAULINK LAS VEGAS EXPERIENCE
Conditions of Entry:
(1) The promoter is Hydraulink Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 19508001325, ACN 096805453 of 125-127 Long Street, Smithfield, NSW 2164.
(2) The promotion will start on the 1st February 2026 and finish on the 31 July 2026.
(3) All monthly and major prize drawers will be conducted by random number generator at the premises of Hydraulink Australia Pty Ltd located at 125-127 Long Street Smithfield NSW 2164.
(4) Monthly Minor Prize Pack winners will be drawn within 7 business days of the previous month at 11am AEDT on the following days 9th March 2026, 8th April 2026, 11th May 2026, 9th June 2026, 9th July 2026, and 11th August 2026. Each winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the relevant draw. Any unclaimed monthly minor prizes at the end of the competition will be randomly drawn from all the entrants after the major prize winner is drawn.
(5) The major prize draw will take place on 7 August 2026 at 12:00pmAEDT. The draw will include all eligible entries received throughout the entire promotional period, including those entries that have previously been selected as monthly minor prize winners. All valid entries, whether or not they have already won a minor prize, will be placed into the major prize draw.
(6) The major prize winner will be notified by email and phone between the 7th and 14th of August 2026.
(7)The major prize winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published within 30 days of the major prize draw and any unclaimed prize draw. Once the major prize winner’s entry and purchase details have been verified, their information will be published on the Hydraulink Social Media Pages and on the Hydraulink Experience webpage at www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience.
(8) The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
(9) The winners may be required to complete waivers to participate in some of the activities and may be excluded from such activities if they choose not to complete the waiver.
(10) Travel in relation to the prize is from the winners nearest State capital city and it is the winners responsibility to travel to that capital city.
(11) The winner is responsible for organising their own travel insurance at their cost and any travel visa or permits required to enter another country.
(12) Should the event be cancelled for any reason, the promoter may at its discretion substitute the prize with another event of similar value which may be different to the original event.
(13) If the major prize is unclaimed by the 21st August 2026, a re-draw will be held at 12:00pm on the 24th August 2026 and every 5 business days thereafter until a winner can be contacted and the prize accepted. The re-draw winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw. Re-draw winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published with in 30 days of the major prize draw on the Hydraulink Social Media Pages and on the Hydraulink Experience webpage at www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience. The re-draw will take place at 125-127 Long Street Smithfield NSW 2164.
(14) Hydraulink Australia employees and family members, Hydraulink Network Partners and their family members, and their sub-distributors and employees and respective family members are not eligible to enter.
(15) Entrants may submit entries as many times as they want but are limited to 1 entry per unique invoice purchase of $50 including GST or more.
(16) To Enter, entrants must scan the QR Code or go to the website www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience and complete their entry details.
(17) Only residents of Australia who are 18 years or older may enter.
(18) The prize pool allowance is $35,670.00 and includes;
- 30 Minor Prize packs in total with each state group being allocated 1 per group per month. The state groups are WA, SA & NT, VIC & TAS, NSW, QLD. Each Pack has an RRP of $189.00 and contains the following items; Hydraulink branded bag, cap, coffee travel mug, water bottle, LED torch, pen. Total value is approximately $5,670.00.
- 1 Major Prize including: Return airfares (Economy class)for 2 people from the winners nearest State capital city departing Thursday 29th of October 2026 to Las Vegas Nevada and returning Monday 8th November 2026. Nine (9) nights accommodation (Flamingo las Vegas Hotel ) including breakfast, 2 day corporate hospitality at the NHRA Nationals Top Fuel drag racing, half day Exotic Supercar Track experience, 1 day entry to SEMA Auto Expo, 1 day Grand Canyon tour. Plus, $1,000 AUD spending money. Total value is approximately $30,000.00 for 2 people subject to the variations in exchange rates plus accommodation and flight ticket bookings at the time the winner is known and accommodation plus flights are booked.
