Conditions of Entry:
(1) The promoter is Hydraulink Australia Pty Ltd, 123 Long Street, Smithfield, NSW, 2164 ABN 19508001325, ACN 096805453
(2) Monthly minor prize winners will be drawn by random number generator on the 9th May 2025, 6th June 2025, 4th July 2025, 8th August 2025, and 5th September 2025. The major prize winner will be drawn by random number generator on the 5th September 2025 at 12:00pm with all prior monthly minor prize winners in the drawer so that all entrants have an equal chance to win the major prize.
(3) The major winner will be announced on the Hydraulink Australia social media pages and website.
(4) The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
(5) The winners may be required to complete waivers to participate in some of the activities such as participating in the grid walk on the start line of the race track and pit tour, and may be excluded from such activities if they choose not to complete the waiver.
(6) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
(7) If the prize is unclaimed by the 10th September 2025, a redraw will be held at 12:00pm on the 11th September 2025 and every 5 days thereafter until a winner can be contacted.
(8) Hydraulink Australia employees and family members, Hydraulink Network Partners and their family members, and their sub-distributors and employees and respective family members are not eligible to enter.
(9) Entrants may submit entries as many times as they want, but are limited to 1 entry per unique invoice of any products purchased and valued at $50 including GST or more from any network partner of Hydraulink within Australia, the list of these network partners can be found in www.hydraulinck.com.au/locations

(12) The total prize pool allowance of $20,500 includes;

(15) The winners will be notified in writing, by email, and by phone within 7 days of each draw, once entry details and their purchase have been verified and will then be published on the Hydraulink Social Media Pages as well as the www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience website.
(16) Winners details Last Name, First Initials & Post Code will be published in the Hydraulink Social Media Pages as well as the www.hydraulink.com.au/hydraulinkexperience within 30 days of the draw.
