Rapid Hydraulics and Pneumatics has the largest and most experienced team of service and sales staff between Melbourne and Sydney. With a total of 12 staff, consisting of 4 experienced Hydraulic technicians, 2 experienced hose technicians, 1 workshop based hydraulic technician, 4 Hydraulic and Pneumatic sales team, 1 office manager.

Owner Peter Ryder has been in the hydraulic service industry for over 20 years and knows the local market very well. Due to the diverse industry base around our region we have experience with a wide range of Hydraulic and Pneumatic applications from the timber, and paper industry, to food manufacturing, drilling rigs, agriculture, hydro power, earth moving and quarrying.

With the engineering and technical support of well known companies like Bosch Rexroth, Hydac, Stauff, SMC pneumatics and Power Team High Pressure Tools, there is no job that we cannot design, build or repair.

We offer a 24 hour, 7 days a week service. We specialise in hydraulic fault finding and testing, either on site or in our workshop. We also have a specialised machine shop that can manufacture and repair any hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. In addition, we can bench test your pump, motor or cylinders.
